Michelle is the co-founder of the world’s first online platform that supports mothers throughout their pregnancy and motherhood journey and includes support should perinatal trauma or loss be experienced. Ensuring clinically-led professional content that provides a holistic approach to the physical, mental and emotional well-being of all birthing people is accessible regardless of time, income or support network.

You will also get access to pre-recorded content for all stages of your motherhood journey from pregnancy to healing in the 4th trimester, rebuilding your strength, restoring your energy to thriving throughout motherhood. Should you need it there are also specialist trauma-informed support bundles that are sensitive to your needs.

  1. Movement - safe and progressive clinically led pilates and yoga classes taught at each stage of your motherhood journey from growing through your pregnancy, healing in your 4th trimester, rebuilding your strength and thriving throughout motherhood.

  2. Education - Learn about your changing female body, hormones, optimise nutrition, physiotherapy advice during pregnancy, how to heal from a c-section or vaginal birth and so much more from our team of women's health professionals.

  3. Energy - Restore your energy, relieve pain & connecting with yourself with: guided self-massage, meditation, breath work chakra yoga & physio led stretch & mobility sessions.

  4. Coaching - Learn to navigate the transformational shift in identity that we experience when we became a mother. Includes group coaching, mindful moments, journal prompts & motherhood discussion.

  5. Connection - enjoy live sharing circles with other members, listen to guest speakers including first aid, hormone regulation and psychotherapy input as our top tip.

Many of Michelle’s 121 clients also join FLY Mama so that they can receive ongoing support from Michelle and the growing team of healthcare professionals between sessions in the comfort of their homes.
