I was advised to get some physio after a full hysterectomy. I found Michelle, she understood everything I had gone through. Michelle has helped me improve my pelvic floor & given me the confidence to loose post op weight & strive for better physical well-being. She explains everything in such a way, even I can understand! Michelle has been a great find!
