In-person and online appointments are available.

  • All NEW CLIENTS including those booking a Mummy MOT package are required to contact us via email so we can discuss your requirements and get you booked into the appropriate appointment slot before booking.

  • HOME VISITS - are not available as standard. It will depend on your location and clinic capacity. If you would like a home visit please contact us with your requirements and address.

  • EXISTING CLIENTS - can book via the links below.

  • PAYMENT is due via the integrated card payment system at the time of booking.

  • Block bookings payments can be made via bank transfer at the time of booking:

Covid-19 Policy


The health of our clients is our top priority and can confirm the following infection prevention and control policies and procedures are in place.  Online consultations are available. 


1. Please come alone, where possible, without other family members.

2. If you feel unwell or have been in contact with anyone who has had COVID–19 symptoms please reschedule your appointment. If your scheduled appointment is within 48hours an online appointment will be offered.

3. There is an outside waiting space which you are welcome to sit in should the weather be nice otherwise please wait in your car until the time of your appointment.

4. We will open and close all doors for you. Hand sanitiser and a sink with hand washing facilities is available on arrival and departure.

5. The clinic, furniture and equipment will be cleaned prior to your arrival.

6. There is no longer a requirement for Michelle to be wearing PPE so she will not be wearing it as standard. However, your comfort and safety are our priority and masks are available so please express if you would prefer one to be worn.

7. You will be sent a consent form in advance of your appointment, please return this prior to your appointment.

8. Please bring your own water bottle.

9. You may wear a mask and gloves if you wish although this is not a requirement.

10. The toilet will be available with disposable paper for hand drying instead of a towel and the toilet area will be cleaned between clients.

11. Please do not attend your session if you are displaying any symptoms of Covid-19. An online appointment will be offered if necessary.

We appreciate you informing Michelle as soon as possible in the case of COVID symptoms or a positive test you will be offered an online appointment in lieu of the face-to-face.

We are totally committed to supporting you fully, as always during this pandemic. We know our work is important, not only for physical health but also mental health and we want to ensure we can do this work at this crucial time.

This policy is intended to keep all our clients and practitioners safe.

Please do not hesitate to ask us questions to ensure you feel confident in attending your booking, we want you to feel confident, safe and comfortable in using our services.

Please note that the above policy might change in line with future events, and government guidelines but we will endeavour to keep you updated on these.
