FLY Mama - Online classes

Michelle is the co-founder of FLY Mama which is an online platform that support mums physical mental and emotional wellbeing and includes weekly lives pilates/yoga classes as well as recorded classes to suit all levels from pregnancy, early postnatal to advance recovery and ongoing fitness. We also have a trauma informed sister platform that includes supporting women through perinatal trauma and loss.

MUM AND BABY PILATES - In person coming soon

For mums and babies (that aren’t yet on the move!). This class focuses on Mums postnatal recovery - you will be guided through safe pilates strengthening and stretching exercises to help optimise recovery and avoid worsening of “tummy gap” or pelvic pain etc. LIVE CLASSES COMING SOON.

PHYSIOTHERAPY LED PILATES

Suitable for anyone looking to challenge and learn more about their body. Pilates helps you recover from & prevent future injuries, improve balance, posture and strength.

I currently offer 121 or private 221 Pilates classes from my studio.

£80 for 1 hour

LADIES PELVIC PILATES  - In person coming soon

This class focuses on pelvic health and core recovery. Women who have had pelvic or abdominal surgery (including hysterectomy), female athletes that have pelvic pain, overactive pelvic floor and/or women with incontinence issues will also benefit from this pelvic floor focused core and flexibility class

All clients need to have had a 121 Women’s Health or Mummy MOT physiotherapy session prior to starting the course
